Below are the terms and conditions that apply when you use our services or purchase products from Pixco.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services, resources, or products provided by Pixco (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to custom web design, templates, and resources, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing any services.
2. Services
Pixco specializes in offering custom web design, Framer components, Figma templates, and other digital products. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the specific terms outlined for that product, including pricing, deliverables, and timelines.
2.1. Custom Web Design Packages
Upon purchasing a web design package, we will contact you within 12 hours to set up an initial video call.
Early design reviews will be provided to ensure you are satisfied with the direction of the project.
The final product includes deliverables as outlined in the package, such as website design, development, interactive elements, and SEO optimization.

2.2. Templates and Digital Resources

3. Payments
All payments for Pixco products and services are securely processed through Stripe and Lemon Squeezy. We accept all major payment methods. Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.1. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will be provided based on how far the project has progressed at the time of cancellation:
100% refund if canceled before work begins.
Prorated refunds (ranging from 10% to 100%) based on the time and effort spent on the project. We believe in a fair approach that accommodates both the work invested and your decision to cancel.
Templates and digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
4. Hosting and Domains
Pixco does not include hosting in its packages. Clients are required to purchase their own hosting through Framer or another provider. We recommend using Framer’s hosting, and a discount code is available for yearly Pro plans. Clients must also provide their own custom domain, and we are happy to recommend trusted domain providers if needed.
5. Revisions
We include revisions within reasonable limits, ensuring that the final product meets your expectations. Revisions will be conducted during early design reviews, and additional revisions beyond the standard scope may incur extra fees. Pixco will always communicate clearly if additional charges are needed for extra revisions.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you own the rights to the final website design, brand identity, and any other deliverables provided. However, Pixco reserves the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For templates and digital products, ownership of the design files remains with Pixco, but you are granted a license to use them for personal or commercial projects. Reselling or distributing the templates is prohibited unless permission is explicitly granted.
7. Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Pixco is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services. This includes issues related to third-party hosting, domain services, or technical problems encountered after handover.
8. Support
Pixco offers limited post-handover support to ensure your website or brand materials are fully functional. If any technical issues arise within the first 30 days after the project is completed, we will address them promptly. Any requests for ongoing support or significant modifications beyond this period may be subject to additional fees.
9. Termination
Pixco reserves the right to terminate any project if the client violates these terms or is found to be acting in bad faith (e.g., requesting an unreasonable number of revisions). In such cases, refunds will not be provided for work already completed.
10. Changes to Terms
Pixco may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
