This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our digital products and custom services. By purchasing from Pixco, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are typically not offered for digital products due to their nature. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:
Technical Issues: If the product cannot be accessed or used due to technical problems that cannot be resolved.
Mismatch with Description: If the product does not meet its advertised description or functionality.
For custom projects, refunds are based on how much of the work has been completed.
3. Refunds for Custom Projects
When it comes to custom design services, partial refunds may be offered based on the stage of the project:
Before Work Begins: Eligible for a full refund (100%).
During the Project: Partial refunds (10%-50%) may apply depending on how much work has been completed.
After Completion: Refunds are not available once the project has been finalized and delivered.
To avoid dissatisfaction, we include early design reviews to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the process.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Include Details: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots).
Wait for Review: Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
Once approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
5. Support Instead of Refunds
In most cases, issues can be resolved through support. If you encounter any problems with your purchase, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
If you purchased our full setup service, we’ll handle all aspects of getting your project live, including setup, customization, and troubleshooting.
6. Important Notes
Refunds for digital products are discretionary and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind or preference for a different product.
Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before submitting a refund request.
